Production turnaround vs. shipping time
These are completely distinct: turnaround time is printing & UV-curing, while shipping time is the carrier transit duration.
Critical refund policy: once your customized order enters our active print production lines, the selected turnaround cannot be changed and billing charges cannot be reversed under any circumstances. Business days exclude national holidays.
14-Day price match protection: terms & exclusions
To keep our pricing honest and transparent while protecting our factory's operational stability, our 14-Day Price Shield is governed by the following straightforward rules:
- Matched specifications: the competitor's quote must match our specs exactly (4mm corrugated board density, double-sided ink, 9-gauge steel wire H-stakes).
- Regional limit: applies strictly to verified bulk visual signage quotes from physical print shops or distributors operating within Georgia or Florida.
- Total invoice comparison: the comparison must encompass total net cost — product plus delivery/freight. We don't match individual item base rates if a competitor inflates final shipping fees.
- Time frame: matching claims must be submitted before checkout, or within exactly 14 calendar days following your invoice transaction date.
- Exclusions: excludes clearance sales, liquidation prices, bankruptcy closeouts, and typographical pricing errors by competitor systems.
